Arkansas State Employees

Effective January 1, 2005, Arkansas State Employees can participate in the nation's newest employee benefit, the Health Savings Account. This benefit is offered to all participants of the HSA PPO, which is issued by NovaSys Health, a full-service managed-care company and health plan administrator based in Little Rock.
