How do I get my money
out of the HSA?

 

  • The HSA Administrator, DataPath Administrative Services (DPAS),
    will provide you with a “Distribution Request Form”.

    • This form may be completed on-line or as a paper form

  • This form will indicate if this distribution is for a “Qualified” or
    “Personal” expense. It will also tell DPAS what bank account
    should receive the direct deposit from the HSA.
